Job Summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Esthetics Department, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Department Management: Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services.
  • Staff Development: Train, monitor, and coach performance of Estheticians and Sales Associates on Esthetics business and sales specifics.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning events and activities to enhance the spa experience.
  • Communication: Meet monthly with the Spa Manager and/or Owner, and biweekly with the Esthetics staff to discuss performance and goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Strong retail and sales upgrade record, with previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead a team of professionals and provide guidance and support.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
  • Training: Previous training experience preferred.
  • Liability Insurance: Must carry liability insurance.
