We are seeking skilled professionals to join our steel construction team and contribute to the assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings across various locations in Minnesota and South Dakota.

About the Role:

  • Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal buildings according to specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Install structural steel components, collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently.

  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Benefits Package:

  • Competitive hourly wage ($52,000 - $72,000 per year based on experience).

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to fifty pounds frequently and up to one-hundred pounds occasionally. Prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching are also required. The ability to operate manual and electrically-powered tools, sprayers, and construction-related equipment is necessary. Additionally, this position involves working at heights from ladders or scaffolding.

The work environment may involve working indoors and outdoors, potentially in dusty, noisy conditions, or areas with hazards.
