Dispatcher/Scheduler

24Restore is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our growing Communication Center department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering and re-directing incoming calls, taking new loss information, prioritizing new losses, and scheduling service crew appointments as needed.

• Answer and re-direct incoming calls
• Take new loss information
• Prioritize new losses
• Schedule service crew appointments as needed
• Appointment follow-up
• Perform basic office duties
• Assist with receiving visitors in the facility

• Prior customer service experience
• Dispatch experience or willingness to be trained
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
• Must be positive and energetic
• Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
• Must have strong desire to grow and learn
