Job Summary

The Shift Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and direction of team members during assigned shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level, including red book information, shift inventories, and all other necessary paperwork to ensure the unit's profitability.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit.
  • Brand Standards: Enforce all brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Train all levels of staff in proper operations of the unit, including POS systems and back-of-house functions, as well as front-of-house operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates.
  • Availability: Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience required.
