Job Responsibilities and Requirements- As a registered nurse, you will provide patient-focused nursing care and engage in patient and family education.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and execute care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Utilizing electronic documentation systems, you will monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- You will coordinate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- In your interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues, you will uphold cultural and diversity awareness.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or a Multistate Compact License.
- Preferred: 1 year of critical care experience in an acute care environment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
