Neuroscience ICU Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuroscience ICU team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and participating in patient and family education. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and patient care support staff to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's unique needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to patients in the Neuroscience ICU
- Participate in patient and family education to promote health and wellness
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs
- Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
- Maintain cultural and diversity awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, co-workers, and other customers
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 1 year of critical care experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
