Client Experience: Foster a positive client experience by addressing account inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide educational resources to clients and meet activity goals as set by leadership. Operational Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily transactions, aiming for zero preventable losses. Comply with all relevant bank policies and regulations. Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, completing necessary training as required.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) is required. 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service and sales is required. Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
