About the Role

Workoo Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a manager with various duties. This position involves directly supporting the manager with planning, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel requests, as well as contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and be able to work in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
  • Filing and maintaining folders.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Receive calls, task messages, and route correspondence.
  • Handle travel requests and queries.
  • Maintain meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
  • Run errands to various locations.
Qualifications:
  • Some office experience is preferred.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
