Job Summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Administrator to support the manufacturing facilities in Memphis, Tennessee. As part of the Nutrition & Biosciences business, these facilities produce industry-leading soy protein products for food markets and are key assets to business results.

The successful candidate will be passionate about applying technical and interpersonal skills to support the team in producing the highest quality products in service to our customers. Key responsibilities include administrative duties such as procurement, IT support, file share security, event planning, and document administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document review and proper filing/storage of information
  • Records retention and management
  • Basic IT support and coordination
  • Event planning and execution
  • Procurement and inventory management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED is required. College degree preferred.
  • 2 years of administrative role experience with preference for a manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
