Role Summary:
As a Senior Financial Accountant and Credit Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing essential financial and administrative functions within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to both employees and clients through effective payroll management, comprehensive reporting, and efficient collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess creditworthiness, maintain low delinquency rates, enhance cash flow, and minimize bad debt through effective credit analysis and collection strategies.
- Process deposits, record cash receipts, and handle credit card transactions securely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure prompt and accurate invoice processing to boost customer satisfaction.
- Manage weekly payroll cycles and assist in payroll processing.
- Support the Human Resources Generalist in reporting workers' compensation claims and conducting necessary follow-ups.
- Address inquiries from state agencies regarding unemployment and related documentation.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Work Environment:
This role is situated in a standard office environment, requiring the ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach, with manual dexterity sufficient for operating standard office equipment. The position may involve lifting items up to 20 pounds.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal local travel may be necessary.
Qualifications:

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, particularly during peak periods.
- Proven capacity to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
