Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Medicine team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all aspects of care provided.
  • Promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Massachusetts RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • 1+ years of relevant nursing experience in a community health or ambulatory care setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
