As an HVAC Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our operations, acting as the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, dispatching technicians, and addressing client concerns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments efficiently

  • Complete work orders and follow up on customer communications

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in general computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing proficiency is advantageous
