Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Area Teller Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise.
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions, adhering to all required policies and procedures.
  • Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to other colleagues for assistance with financial solutions.
  • Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in coordinating teller operations, sharing product and service promotions, and answering customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years Teller (or equivalent cash handling) experience required, with strong customer service and operations skills.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable by start date.
