Advanced Radar Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Radar Engineer to join our team at deciBel Research, Inc. in Dayton, OH. This is a Senior position with a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year.

The successful candidate will develop and implement advanced radar processing algorithms and tools to advance the state of the art in bi-static/multi-static radar capability development at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math with sufficient software development coursework
  • Minimum 10 years engineering experience, preferably in bi-static/multi-static radar, electronic warfare, or synthetic aperture radar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and software development experience a plus

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
