Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the specialty area of Rehabilitation.

About the Role:

This is a contract, Days position that requires the successful candidate to be licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of IN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a Rehabilitation setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in Rehabilitation.
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
