Job Title: Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

At Jackson Therapy Partners, we are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team for a travel assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions and disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
  • Current certification in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Current medical documentation and testing
  • Current state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
