Lawn Tech seeks an experienced Office Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative and office operations of our branch.
About Lawn Tech:
We are a leading provider of lawn care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high-quality standards in everything we do.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage office inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Assist with payroll processing, tracking employee hours, and coordinating with HR for staffing needs.
- Track and report on office performance metrics, assisting management in identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records for customer service requests, work orders, billing, and other administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment across the branch.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the lawn care, landscaping, or service industry.
- 5+ years experience managing staff and coordinating office activities.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and customer management systems.
