About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated Therapy Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional pediatric home health services. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role involves working closely with our Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to deliver high-quality therapy services to children in their homes. As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Support SLPAs in delivering speech therapy services to children in their homes
  • Assist with patient care and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Active State License as a Therapy Assistant
  • CPR Certification
