At JAG Physical Therapy, we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a forward-thinking professional, you'll excel in assessing patients' needs and developing effective treatment plans to enhance their recovery and functional independence.
Salary: Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus, with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll be responsible for collecting and recording patient care data, documenting daily notes, reassessments, and discharge plans. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and support systems to provide interventions that are safe, effective, and in compliance with our high standards.
You'll also have the opportunity to participate in continuing education seminars, promote JAG in the community through lectures and presentations, and contribute to our growth and development as a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in the appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
