Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our team of Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our pizzas are made to perfection.
  • Coach and develop our Shift Supervisors to improve their skills and performance.
  • Partner with our General Manager to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
