Dishroom Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a clean and safe kitchen environment for our team members and guests.

Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and organized in the dish room.

Clean food preparation and production areas, including counters, sinks, and equipment, to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness.

Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to the designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse standards and regulations.
