Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and notices.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal statutes and case law.
  • Maintain and update the case management system to ensure accuracy.

Daily Tasks:
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to manage cases efficiently.
  • Identify and address legal issues that require further investigation.

  • Participate in litigation hearings and settlement discussions as necessary.
  • Review and refine casework prepared by support staff.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar; additional admissions are advantageous.
  • Proficient in litigation processes including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and time entry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
