Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education on medical and psychiatric conditions
  • Establish trust and build rapport with patients and their families
  • Perform a wide range of job duties, including resolving pending issues, conducting compliance audits, and coordinating admission workflows
  • Monitor and track lab orders, outside consults, and medical transfers
  • Coordinate administrative functions, such as scanning documents and assisting with the work schedule
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state law
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Washington
  • Preferred qualifications: higher education, two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and experience in a behavioral health setting
