Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our medical office team in Ridgefield, CT. As a Primary Care LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our physicians in delivering exceptional medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with patient exams, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for procedures.
  • Provide direct patient care, including vaccinations, medications, and wound care.
  • Collect and analyze patient specimens as directed by physicians.
  • Instruct patients on preventive care, medication management, and test preparation.
  • Communicate with patients via phone to provide follow-up care and relay physician instructions.
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
  • Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
  • Computer skills and data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Phlebotomy and EKG skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The work schedule includes 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with variable hours between 7:45am and 7:00pm.
