Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate them to management as needed.
  • Use project management tools to track hours, budget, and plans, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project participants, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with ability to learn new software and systems.
