  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects or tasks.
  • Supervise assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors and managers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task orders to meet client requirements.
  • Perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks as needed.
  • Conduct planning and provide recommendations to clients on task workload.
  • Manage risk tracking processes to ensure project success.
  • Attend customer meetings and serve as primary client liaison to build strong relationships.
  • Interact with vendors, other agencies, and client staff on behalf of the client to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate development of deliverables and products to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Participate in special projects as required to support business growth and development.
  • Review future project requirements and develop strategies for future work to ensure continued success.

**Requirements:**

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Active DoD security clearance; TS/SCI desired.
  • Ability to manage a medium to large team or department focused on multiple areas with medium to high complexity.
  • US Citizenship Required.
