As a BBQ Pitmaster / Line Cook, you will deliver top-notch, fresh, and friendly service in a dynamic restaurant setting. Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients for the kitchen and upholding department and food safety standards.

- Culinary certification or equivalent training/work experience
- Experience in food preparation and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What will you be doing?

Food Preparation:

  • Chop, slice, and dice ingredients according to recipe specifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepackage condiments for prepared food items.
  • Complete tasks at your designated workstation.
  • Assist in various cooking venues as needed.
  • Support technical areas and catering orders as required.
  • Master recipe preparation, adjusting for ingredient variations and customer demand.
  • Prepare, package, and plate fresh products.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

  • Ensure compliance with departmental and operational standards.
  • Properly handle and maintain the temperature of all ingredients and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Customer Service:

  • Provide customers with a sense of urgency regarding the accuracy and freshness of their orders.
  • Deliver superior customer service consistently.
  • Share detailed knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
  • Assist guests as needed.

What is your background?

  • Minimum age of 18 (mandatory).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary certification or a combination of culinary training and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial food service.
  • Experience with food preparation and equipment.
