Qualifications:
  • Culinary certification or equivalent training/experience.
  • Experience in food preparation and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Accurately cuts, slices, and prepares food according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepackages condiments and sauces for various dishes.
  • Completes assigned tasks efficiently at designated workstations.
  • Assists in various cooking venues and with catering orders as needed.
  • Masters recipe preparation, adjusting for ingredient variations and customer demand.
  • Prepares, packages, and presents fresh products.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Food Safety and Sanitation:
  • Ensures compliance with departmental and operational standards.
  • Maintains proper temperature control for all ingredients and equipment.
  • Ensures cleanliness in food preparation areas.
  • Safely operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
  • Collaborates with team members to promote a safe and productive work environment.

Customer Service:
  • Delivers a sense of urgency regarding order accuracy, speed, and freshness.
  • Provides exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assists guests as necessary.

Background Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary certification or relevant combination of training and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial food service.
  • Experience with food preparation and equipment.
