Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble signage based on detailed design specifications and production guidelines.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and machinery, including saws, routers, welders, and drills, to shape and manipulate sign materials.
  • Select and prepare materials such as metal, acrylic, wood, and vinyl, ensuring they meet quality and sizing standards.
  • Apply various coatings, paints, and finishes to signage, ensuring both durability and visual appeal.
  • Employ computer-aided design (CAD) software and machinery to create accurate templates and layouts for sign production.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to faithfully reproduce design elements.
  • Maintain and calibrate fabrication equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sign materials and components, alerting supervisors to any shortages or reordering needs.
