Position Summary

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take a central role in the development of outstanding luxury custom homes. In this capacity, you will manage the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, designers, and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion, budget adherence, and superior quality.

  • Oversee the complete construction process for high-end custom residences.
  • Engage closely with clients to capture project specifications, understand their preferences, and provide expert management insights.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure they deliver exceptional workmanship that aligns with project standards.
  • Establish and uphold comprehensive project timelines and financial plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Source all necessary materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Organize construction activities to optimize efficiency, quality, and compliance with schedules.
  • Enforce safety measures, maintain an orderly work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit precise financial documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist the finance team with project financial reconciliation and closeout processes.
  • Provide valuable feedback on internal procedures and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Guide and mentor junior project managers to achieve these objectives.
  • Share knowledge and insights with junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the construction region and manage materials and equipment on-site.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
