Position Summary

We are in search of a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of luxury custom residences. In this role, you will manage the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring that each project is executed with precision and excellence. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee the complete construction process for high-end custom homes, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain project specifications, preferences, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Source and procure materials efficiently to meet project demands.
  • Optimize construction workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain quality standards.
  • Implement safety measures and maintain a well-organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist with project financial reconciliation and closure processes.
  • Provide insights for process improvements and foster knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
