Job Title: Branch Manager

Bank of Oak Ridge is seeking a results-driven professional to lead our branch team and provide exceptional financial services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, leadership, and financial services, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs and developing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
