  • Polish silverware using various methods such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths, guaranteeing a sparkling finish.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols outlined for the kitchen environment.
  • Maintain accurate temperature and chemical levels within designated ranges, adhering to provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area organized and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to ensure a clean and sanitary workspace.
  • Sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces thoroughly.
  • Remove trash and dispose of it properly in designated containers. Clean garbage cans using steam cleaning or hosing methods.
  • Transport supplies and equipment between storage areas and workstations efficiently.
  • Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
