Job Description:

The Project Superintendent plays a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact the project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports and records, are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure that the project is completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel to construction sites and may involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
