Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Superintendent to join our team at SLT Enterprise Staffing, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Review schedules, prepare work plans, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Management: Conduct on-site project meetings, ensure proper layout, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, inspect work, and address any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring minimal delays and cost overruns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore software and other construction management tools.

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
  • Bonus: Bonus paid at year-end, based on company performance.
