Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and communicating with healthcare teams.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
