Job Title: Client Relations Specialist - Triage Support

SS&C Retirement Solutions aspires to be the partner of choice for the industry's leading retirement plan providers by offering tailored solutions that help drive providers' vision, reinforce their value proposition, and support their strategic goals.

About the Role: The Client Support team works closely with all functional teams across the organization to facilitate the resolution of client reported issues, service requests, and/or Operational issues. The team serves as an extension of the Relationship Management team supporting TRAC clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues
  • Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue
  • Work with programmers to troubleshoot potential system defects/limitations
  • Communicate complex concepts in client-friendly language
  • Provide 24x7 Production Support to retirement plan clients
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams on system needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience - Retirement Plan Services experience a MUST
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry is REQUIRED
  • Customer Service experience as it relates to Retirement Services
  • Attention to detail, Multitasking skills, Curiosity and the desire to learn
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Solid computer skills and general knowledge of qualified plan systems like TRACA
  • Able to work in the local office 6 days per month
  • SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus
