Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing hotel operations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide superior guest service, positively affecting interactions with external and internal guests and team members.
- Reservation Management: Make, confirm, change, and cancel reservations for guests, assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide information pertaining to the property.
- Accounting and Reporting: Record room availability and guest accounts, settle guest accounts by posting cash, credit cards, and direct bills, and run reports as required.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain communication with housekeeping on the status of rooms, balance all paperwork, post, and adjust changes, and update logbooks.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent experience, must be 21 years of age or older, and able to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Gaming Card.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform job functions with exceptional attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, prioritize tasks, and work independently, excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Competitive Salary: $ / hr DOE
