Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Maverick Gaming LLC is seeking a skilled Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to inquiries related to hotel services and registration.
  • Run nightly hotel audits and forward the results to the Accounting department.
  • Operate the switchboard, answering and transferring calls, and assisting callers in a timely manner.
  • Settle guest accounts by posting cash, credit cards, and direct bills.
  • Run reports as required, including Reservation Master, Housekeeping, Checkout, Credit Limit, group delegates, and expected departure reports.
  • Maintain communication with housekeeping on the status of rooms.
  • Balance all paperwork, post and adjust changes, and update the logbook.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Gaming Card.
  • Prior hotel experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have data entry and 10-key experience.
