Branch Manager

As a key member of our team, the Branch Manager will be responsible for directing all activities of a single store location and ensuring the effective leadership of branch employees. This role requires a strong focus on sales and profitability goals, as well as the ability to manage proper fleet levels and control expenses.

• Direct and manage the Rental Services Inside Sales staff, Yard staff, and other Rental Services Management team members.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; coach and develop; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Establish sales and profitability goals, and manage proper fleet levels to ensure optimal business performance.
• Plan and establish systems to control expenses at the branch location, ensuring high operations excellence standards.
• Foster a customer-focused approach to sales and service, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget preparation.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, and Division Sales Manager as available, to facilitate sales training and promote a thorough understanding of market conditions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or Construction Management preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in business management and/or operational management with increasingly progressive job scope and responsibilities.
• Three to five years of retail or store management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook, and the use of computer applications.
• Valid driver's license.
