Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Facilitate communication between clinical staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve clinical site operations and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Three (3) years of LVN clinical nursing experience required.
- Two (2) years of clinically relevant supervisory experience preferred.
- Current California LVN license with IV Certification Required.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
