  • Lead and manage IT operations encompassing Infrastructure, Applications, and New Technology Implementation.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing requirements.

  • Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.

Basic Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in managing teams and projects, with a total of 12 years in the IT field.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing requirements and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and personnel management.
  • Experience leading Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity initiatives.
