We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team at Wayne Center in Wayne, PA. As a Regional Float RN, you will have the flexibility to work at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within our geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive hourly rate: $58.00 per hour.
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
