Key Responsibilities:
Conduct the daily functions of auditing, reviewing, compiling, and providing assurance services for a diverse range of clients.
Thoroughly document the implementation of specific audit procedures as dictated by engagement goals, the client's historical context, and the planned audit strategy.
Investigate and facilitate the resolution of challenges that arise during audit engagements.Assist in the examination of financial statements, including accompanying disclosures.
Recognize and communicate accounting issues to senior associates, managers, and partners.
Engage with clients to ensure the efficient and timely exchange of information between clients and the audit team.
Participate actively in professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Capability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting standards.
Proficient in the use of relevant technology.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in public accounting or a related area.
CPA or CPA candidates are preferred.
