Job Title: IT Manager

Camp Fire Alaska is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing our technology equipment and working closely with our external IT vendor to support all employees and increase technological efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple competing priorities and be an innovative thinker and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Collaborate with all agency departments to ensure effective communication and timely support.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for IT-related tasks and lead trainings for staff.
  • Assist staff with technology support, such as accessing email accounts and navigating current apps and technology.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of experience in IT management or working in the IT field and/or formal education within the field.
  • Demonstrated skills in implementing strategic and systemic change and a successful history of project management in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience in using a variety of operating systems, including Microsoft Suite.
