Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is currently in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role involves providing essential speech therapy services to elementary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
  • Manage cases effectively while collaborating with the SLP team.
  • Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLC) to enhance service delivery.
Job Specifications:
  • Number of positions available: 2
  • Weekly working hours: 37.5
  • Typical work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Expected caseload: Approximately 45-55 students
  • Target age group: Elementary students
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Active speech therapy license in Washington State.
  • Preferred experience in a school setting, though not mandatory.
  • This is a contract position with potential for renewal based on performance.
