At Synectics, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
