Job Summary
As an Automotive Suspension Specialist, you will oversee all facets of vehicle alignment and related services for a diverse range of automotive vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and selling complete vehicle alignment services for all cars and light trucks
- Offering and executing additional vehicle services, including but not limited to brake maintenance, suspension repairs, axle services, and oil changes
- Balancing wheel assemblies
- Performing various tire services and repairs
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of service equipment and the service area
- Preparing billing documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Mechanical aptitude is essential
- Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars and light trucks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Background checks may be conducted, including employment history and criminal record checks.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in relevant vehicle service roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Preference for candidates with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I, Level II, and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems certifications.
