About the Position

The Disassembly Technician plays a crucial role in our repair process, working closely with our Repair Planners to uncover concealed damage on vehicles through meticulous disassembly.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Disassembly Technician, you will be responsible for pre-scanning vehicles, removing upholstery and accessories, and building and organizing parts carts according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-scanning of vehicles to identify potential issues
  • Removal of upholstery, accessories, and electrical/hydraulic window operating equipment
  • Micro bagging of all hardware and small parts
  • Building and organization of parts cart according to company standards
  • Photographing complex wire routing, component assembly, and trim/emblem location
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of automobiles required
  • At least 1 year of body shop experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
