We are seeking an enthusiastic SLPA or SLP CF to contribute to our mission of supporting children in our community. Our focus is on innovative, client-led, and play-centered treatment strategies. We continuously seek to enhance our engagement methods.

Our services cater to all pediatric age groups, ensuring comprehensive support for the entire family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design therapy and treatment strategies for speech-related challenges
  • Administer standardized assessments for precise diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with client families to set treatment objectives and milestones
  • Maintain and organize treatment plans and progress documentation
  • Communicate updates on patient progress to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • California Speech Language Pathology License
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with client families
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and patient attitude
  • Capability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Willingness to learn and apply neurodiversity-affirming practices
  • Experience in providing services in home settings
